Employees have access to online appraisal, where Account Manager/HR set scorecards for different roles and employees. Appraisals are of different level, self-appraisal, supervisors do first and second level appraisals.

Scorecards

Account Manager/HR sets the scorecards with fixed objectives and scores, also HR can also set customized object by the different job roles within the organisation.

Appraisal

Employee first appraises themselves, then the system computes scores and sends details with a link to the supervisors for first level appraisals where applicable, link goes to second level supervisor. Records and final rating a stored in the system for other purpose like confirmation, training interventions etc.
